研究興趣

目前我們的主要研究興趣在發展新藥、顯影劑、檢驗試劑、生化偵測器、新類型光電及特化材料並研究其在醫藥、生物技術和工業上的應用。
特定目標如下:

(一)藥物、顯影劑開發及生物科技研究:
  1. 1.發展具選擇性、高藥性且低分子量新穎的protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitors並評估其生物活性,再利用電腦分子模擬設計新一代的藥物。
  2. 2.設計合成Ga-based imaging agents。
  3. 3.研發檢驗試劑所需之haptens,應用於藥物殘留檢驗試劑並根據分子辨識設計biosensors及diagnostic biochips。

(二) 光電、特化材料開發及奈米科技研究:
  1. 1.探討並研究可應用在solar cells之新類型光電材料。
  2. 2.開發探測金屬離子之nano solid phase fluoroscent chemosensors。
  3. 3.研發或改良工業上量產的特用化學品如阻燃劑、光阻劑、nanocelluloses等。
