研究興趣
我們的研究領域主要是新型有機反應的設計與開發,並應用到有機合成上。合成的標的物是天然物或是具有特殊性質的分子。目前研究的反應多是由有機金屬錯合物催化碳—碳鍵的生成,如耦合、歧化反應等。
目前研究的主題有︰
1. 利用合環歧化反應(ring closing metathesis)和交叉歧化反應(cross metathesis)合成天然物。
2. 利用掌性集團(chiral auxiliary)進行不對稱反應。
3. 人造輔媒(cofactor)的合成和應用。
